CONTENTS AND DESCRIPTION
THIS FASCINATING AND FAIRLY SCARCE ATLAS,
CONTAINS 50 DELIGHTFULLY DECORATIVE MINIATURE MAPS OF COUNTRIES OF THE
WORLD.
Overall size of the maps is around5.5x3.25
inches, with an engraved area of approx. 12.5x7 cms. The 2 which appear on
both the Front & rear cover are about 10.5x7 inches overall

The Arbuckle Coffee Company issued many of these maps
together with Views of the principal cities of the world by way of
promotional Trade Cards. The cards themselves, although still on offer are
almost inevitably in worn condition, whereas the Chromolithograph Maps from
the Atlas are mostly in excellent condition.
Each map gives the area of the country with its population at the time
printed. The maps are highly decorative being enhanced with local scenes,
views, trades, etc.
An excellent and refreshing addition to any cartographic collector's
