An intriguing and fascinating view of Yorkshire early in the 19th century. Divided into separate volumes, describing different areas and Ridings. It must have been some 3 years in preparation, the prints are dated between 1828 and 1830.

The engravers included J Rogers, J Shury & H. Rolls.
