Antique used to mean over 100 years old - and for the purists only items made before 1830. These days the definition is a little blurred by the introduction of the words 'collectibles' & 'collectables'. What exactly is antique and collectible ? Shop around first to get some idea of what similar items are priced at. And do remember, CONDITION IS ALL IMPORTANT.
