TITLE/CONTENT OF MAP: 'Ski-touren-karte von Engelberg u. umgebung'

This piste map is undated, but we think it was published around 1940. We date the map no earlier than 1927 and no later than 1952 by reference to the ski lifts marked on the map. The funicular railway (opened in 1913) connecting Engelberg to Gerschni is shown, as is the cable car onwards to Ober Trüebsee (opening 1927). However, the Brunni-Bahn cableway from Engelberg to Ristis (opened 1952) is not shown, nor the higher section of the Titlis cable car which was opened in 1967.

Packing

Items smaller than A4 size are usually packed in a stiffened, board-backed envelope. Larger items are rolled and packed in postal tubes. Large items which are too stiff to be rolled in wide-diameter tubes are mailed in all-board envelopes. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please send the affected item or items back to us and we will provide a replacement or refund.
