Lutyens's Britannic House of 1924–27 was built for the Anglo-Persian Oil Company, which became BP, and it is listed Grade II* and now houses Stephenson Harwood. The gardens' bowling green of 1925 was removed when Crossrail made them a worksite from 2010 to 2020, and the redesigned gardens reopened in May 2025. Salisbury House of 1899–1901 is still used as offices, River Plate House was rebuilt as 8 Finsbury Circus in 2016, and Moorgate Station gained its Elizabeth line link in 2022. Of the banks on the sheet, Midland Bank became HSBC in 1999, and National Provincial Bank merged into National Westminster Bank on 1 January 1970. Goad's plans were compiled for fire-risk assessment and kept current with pasted slips recording new occupiers, altered layouts, demolition and rebuilding, but no individual correction on this sheet carries a date. The sheet was reissued in August 1935, with a 1949 copyright date, and key plans acquired with the group were corrected as late as October 1970 and March 1971. The North London Railway opened the station in 1865, and goods traffic ended in January 1969, while the sheet was in use. The station closed on 30 June 1986, but its buildings were already coming down from late 1985 to make way for Broadgate, as offices spread over former railway land. The Metropolitan Railway platforms shown on the sheet still serve the Circle line at Liverpool Street. All Hallows on the Wall Church, George Dance the Younger's work of 1767, survives and is listed Grade I. London Wall Buildings of 1901, Finsbury House and Park House are also listed and still stand. Goad's plans were drawn to price fire risk and kept current with pasted overlays recording changed uses, altered layouts, demolition and new building, though no correction here is dated. The sheet was resurveyed and reissued in September 1947, with a 1949 copyright date, and it belongs to a group whose key plans were still being corrected in October 1970 and March 1971.
