St Mary-le-Bow was burnt out in May 1941 and rebuilt to Wren's design in 1956–64, with its bells rehung in 1961, while Wren's Gothic St Mary Aldermary now holds a café. On the sheet, fur and woollen premises at Watling Court and tea-blending in Watling House show that commodity trades were still handling goods among the banks and insurance offices. Among them were the Yorkshire Bank, since rebranded Virgin Money, and the National Mutual Life Assurance offices in Bow Churchyard. National Mutual Life Assurance was Keynes's old society, and it was sold to GE Capital in 2002. Bow Bells House was rebuilt in 2007, and the sheet also names Cheyne House and Aldermary House. The plan was drawn for fire-risk assessment and kept current with pasted overlays recording changes of use, altered layouts, demolition and rebuilding. Its latest dated corrections, of November 1970, are vacancy notes around Watling Street, Bow Lane and Well Court. The sheet was resurveyed and reissued in November 1942, with a 1949 copyright date, and the key plans acquired with the group were corrected as late as October 1970 and March 1971.
