Morden packs the island with plantations and their owners' names, parish by parish from St Lucy to Christ Church, with Bridge Town, Speightstown ("Litle Bristol"), Holetown ("Hale town") and Carlisle Bay, a scale of English miles and a globe-crowned cartouche. This re-engraved plate, with latitude and longitude beneath the title and "Page 70" at top right, took its added plantation names from Richard Forde's survey of the island. Morden's text below calls Barbados "the most considerable Island" of the Caribbees, able to arm ten thousand fighting men.
