This reissue superseded the July 1922 base, an example of which is marked "obsolete". On this sheet, larger offices, Standard House, car parking and changed occupancies replace the tobacco premises and smaller industrial plots. Royal London House, then the Royal London Mutual Insurance Society's headquarters, became the Montcalm Royal London House hotel in 2016, so the story runs from industry to offices and on to hospitality. Wesley's Chapel and museum, dating from 1778, is still a working church beside Wesley's house. The sheet also names Singer sewing-machine premises and the City of London Regiment headquarters. Kept for insurers assessing property and fire risk, the sheet carries pasted overlays recording changes of use, altered layouts, demolition and new building. Its later amendments include March 1970 annotations and a construction note in block 1273, the latest dated correction. Resurveyed and reissued in June 1956, with a 1956 copyright date, the sheet belongs to a group whose key plans were still being corrected in October 1970 and March 1971. Other streets on the sheet include City Road, Clere Street, Tabernacle Street, Epworth Street, Bonhill Street, Paul Street, Wilson Street, Christopher Street and Platina Street.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0923/9583/1643/files/P-9-001149a_25b7a65e-4af2-44ec-9a73-98ee5d6cc2d5.jpg?v=1792149091
