The cartouche dates the sheet 1406 H\/1986, while the Arabic pictorial wrapper—“Transport and Communications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”—is dated 1407 H\/1987 and shows Riyadh’s King Fahd and King Abdulaziz road interchange.
