The substantial catalogue contains 117 pages, 18 pages of photographs and a large separate coloured folding estate plan. The first 157 lots carry bidding increments, apparently concluding with hammer prices, while typed and manuscript notes record individual properties and a separate list identifies lessees. Proof and final addenda survive.
