Prepared by the Ordnance Survey for the Royal Commission on London Traffic, it shows each system in its own colour or pattern, existing lines solid and authorised lines dotted, and superimposes in red the suggested new surface tramways and subways that would have joined them up. Pink marks the County of London and orange the far wider Greater London of the Metropolitan Police District. Dated December 1904 and published in 1905 at one inch to the mile, it is a superb reference for London's transport history and its suburbs.

https://www.antiquemapsandprints.com/fr/products/royal-commission-on-london-traffic-tramways-existing-suggested-routes-1905-map-p-7-028551
