TITLE/CONTENT OF MAP: 'Nuova Carta de Circolo Superiore ed Inferiore del Reno annesso il Ducato di Lorena [New chart of the circle of the Upper and Lower Rhine annexed by the Duchy of Lorraine]'

The map covers much of the Rhine valley and its tributaries including the Moselle, from Wesel in the north to Basel in the south, including present-day south west Germany, Luxembourg and eastern France and Belgium. The map covers the area from Namur in the west to Würzburg in the east.
