Lubbock compiled the chart from surveys and observations by M’Kenzie, Spence, Murray, Hewett, Thomas, Huddart, White and Nimmo, together with Admiralty charts. Issued with his pioneering 1831 Royal Society paper and engraved by J. \u0026amp; C.
