Along the River Thames the sheet shows Shot Tower Wharf, Commercial Wharf, Phoenix Wharf, Bowater's Wharf, Thorne Wharf, Moore's Wharf and Prince's Wharf. The name Shot Tower Wharf recalls the square shot tower built east of Waterloo Bridge soon after 1782. A later coloured revision shows these plots cleared for the London Weekend Television centre, which was under construction in March 1971. The centre opened in 1972, and ITV closed it on 30 April 2018. Demolition began in January 2025, and an office scheme is planned there for 2029. Outline editions were made for fire-risk assessment, and they give footprints and plot divisions rather than occupancies. Goad kept these plans current with pasted slips recording new uses, altered layouts, demolition and rebuilding. The sheet bears a December 1925 reprint date, and although pasted revisions are present, no correction on it carries a date. Key plans acquired with the group were corrected as late as March 1971.
