The station closed in January 2014 and the training centre in May 2015, and the site is now occupied by Brigade Court homes and Haberdashers' Borough Academy. Reissued in December 1946, this outline records streets, building footprints and plot divisions with less occupancy and risk detail than the coloured plans. It preserves the smaller plots of the Mint Street district, while later coloured revisions record clearance of a larger block and changed occupancies. The sheet also names Duthy Hall and the railway approaches. Goad's sheets were working tools for weighing property and fire risk, and they were kept current with pasted overlays as uses changed and buildings were replaced. No later pasted corrections have been identified on this outline edition, and the key plan acquired with the group records corrections to March 1971.
