The podium was completed by Belgian rider Herman Van Springel in second place, with fellow Belgian Ferdinand Bracke finishing third. The mountains classification was won by Spanish climber Aurelio González, while the points classification was taken by Italian Franco Bitossi. The team classification was won by Spain.
