Lewis WRIGHT produced THE ILLUSTRATED BOOK OF POULTRY in c.1870. This ran to numerous editions, being replaced at the turn of the Century by THE BOOK OF POULTRY, Edited by S.H. LEWER. The prints depicted here emanate from the later (Lewer) edition.

The overall size of these colour prints is some 10.5x8 inches, with an engraved area of about 8x6 inches (225x160 mm)

We can usually offer a good selection of these collectible and genuine antiquarian prints.
