Beilby, Ralph

Ralph Beilby (1743-1817) was a Newcastle-upon-Tyne engraver and publisher. He engraved several maps of Newcastle and the north of England, including "A Plan of Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead" (1788) for Brand's History of Newcastle, "A plan of the first part of the canal navigation... by way of Newcastle and Carlisle" (1795), also a plan for Robert Mylne's report on Tyne Bridge (1772)
