Inside and out, the Paris church of Saint-Étienne-du-Mont drew printmakers throughout the nineteenth century. An aquatint of 1808 shows the exterior, Pugin's view followed in 1828 and a print of the interior appeared in 1831. An 1882 plate of the churches of Paris sets the church among Saint-Eustache, Saint-Sulpice, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Madeleine and the Val-de-Grâce.
