Garoglio, Pier Giovanni

Pier Giovanni Garoglio (1900-1982) was an Italian chemist, zymologist and oenologist specialising the chemical composition of wine and winemaking. He published more than 300 works on the subjects of wine and olive oil, including encyclopaedias of world and Italian wine.
