[Harry Wrathall. Batsman. Gloucestershire cricketer] Promising cricket at the commencement of last summer, ensured WRATHALL who had come before the notice of the County Authorities on the strength of a good reputation as a local Cricketer at Cheltenham, a place in the Gloucestershire Eleven. Nor has he altogether failed to justify the expectations based on the form he showed in some of his earlier matches. At times, indeed, he has been of distinct use to the County even if he has not been quite as consistent a scorer as could have been wished. Still he has always tried his hardest, and in all likelihood has yet to be seen at his best. A useful all-round Cricketer, his chief qualifications are as a batsman and field. Useful in saving runs, he has in him also the making of a useful bat with good defence and fair hitting powers
