Plan No. 2 — Lots 74–80 [Former Paddington Estate: Kilburn Park Road & Shirland Road]
A compact colour-coded auction plan of Lots 74–80 along Kilburn Park Road, between Hampton Road and Shirland Road. Individual terraced houses, street numbers, rear plots and boundaries are set against an Ordnance Survey base, with the neighbouring Morshead Club (tennis and recreation), Franklin Delano Roosevelt School (Paddington), Essendine School and Essendine Road carefully named. The juxtaposition of sale properties, post-war schools and recreational land makes this a precise document of everyday urban fabric in north Paddington and Maida Vale. Prepared for the Church Commissioners’ sale of the former Paddington Estate by Daniel Smith, Oakley & Garrard with Hunt & Steward on 18–19 May 1955. Offered with original catalogue pp. 47–48, containing the corresponding particulars for Lots 76–80 (only).
